All files are password protected.

Click on the file desired and save this program to disk and click ok (i.e. C:\ )

From Windows 2000/95/98/Me/NT, right click on START, Select Explore, Go to the file you just downloaded.

This file will "self-extract" to your hard drive and prompt you for a password.

Follow WinRAR or WinZip self-extracting instructions, Enter Password for the encrypted file.

After self-extraction you will have three files, one with zip codes and States that were selected/omitted, with two report files.

Use WordPad or NotePad to view files.
